Discipline sometimes gets an undeserved reputation for being restrictive or negative. We choose to see it in a positive light, as a powerful force that keeps every Skonian focused on achieving success. Its conditioning effect helps you stay on course without distraction or discouragement, and it builds focus, drive and energy, especially in tough times when motivation feels low. Discipline can be developed and strengthened. Practised consistently, it helps overcome even the greatest obstacles, and the more you use it, the more you master its power.

Determination

The third most powerful D is Determination. When you perform your duty with unwavering determination, there is no stopping you from achieving your goals.
