Discipline
Discipline sometimes gets an undeserved reputation for being something restrictive or negative. However, we choose to view it in a positive light — as a powerful force that keeps every Skonian focused on achieving success.
The conditioning effect of discipline helps one stay on course, preventing distractions or discouragement along the way. It naturally builds focus, drive, and energy — especially during tough times when motivation feels low — enabling steady progress toward one’s goals.
Discipline is a powerful tool that can be developed and strengthened. When practiced consistently, it helps overcome even the greatest obstacles. The remarkable thing about discipline is that the more one uses it, the more one masters its power.
Determination
The third most powerful “D” is Determination.
When one performs their duty with unwavering determination, there is no stopping them from achieving their goals. The more we channel our determination into consistent effort, the stronger our dedication to duty becomes.
With true determination, one need not worry about the outcome — success naturally follows as part of the formula
